Product Returns

shopHMTXcom will accept return requests for purchases within 60 days of the order date. Shipping discrepancies or products that arrive damaged must be reported to shopHMTX customer care within 2 business days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Once a return request is approved, you will be provided with an appropriate method of return shipping as determined by your location, order details, and returns reason. You may provide your own shipping to return items to us, but you will be solely responsible for any costs incurred and damage or delays in shipping. Any shipment arriving at our warehouse collect will not be accepted.
All merchandise returned to HMTX must be in original packaging with all original items (e.g., manuals, etc.) that came in the box. All merchandise must be new and never installed materials to qualify for a return. Returns with missing items will result in a partial refund. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted, and credit will not be issued. Once your returned items have been received and processed, your credit will be issued less any applicable restocking fee and return shipping cost as described in the refund policy below.
Depending on your order, you may be able to initiate a return directly through the “My Account” section of the website. Please follow the process as prompted through the site to initiate and complete the return if using this method. If you encounter any issues in completing the return process online, please contact customer service.
In the event that a delivery is refused for reasons other than damage, the order will be processed as a return and a refund will be based on the following Refund Policy. The buyer will be responsible for any fees associated with the refusal and return of the order, as stated in the Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
When your return is received, it is inspected and matched to the product referenced on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and the condition of the items is verified. Receiving the item and inspecting it may take up to 3 business days. Once this is complete, return credit is issued to the original mode of payment, net of the restocking fee and return shipping costs, if applicable. The credit should appear in your credit card or PayPal account in 10-15 business days. The actual time for credit to appear on your account will vary depending on the type of payment used, and by credit card issuer. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are final and will not be refunded.
shopHMTX charges a restocking fee for returns of undamaged and non-defective products. The restocking fee is calculated as 10% of the purchase price of the item. The refund you receive will be net of the restocking fee, cost of return shipping and any applicable taxes. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns with missing items will result in a partial refund.

Damaged in shipping
Contact shopHMTX customer care as soon as you notice damage to your product. There are time limits to report damage to shipped products in order to be eligible for refunds, and refunds are not approved if damage is reported outside of these time frames. In most cases where a product is reported damaged or defective, we will do our best to remediate the product, or accept a return if remediation is not possible.
