Flooring orders of less than 100lbs (approximately 4-5 cases) will be shipped via FedEx small parcel delivery. Small parcel delivery is approximately 2 - 5 business days.

Orders of flooring in excess of 100lbs will be shipped via LTL curbside delivery with appointment. The LTL carrier will schedule a delivery date with you once your order has arrived at the local terminal. LTL delivery is approximately 3 - 7 business days.

Prepare Your Surface

Ensure the floor is flat and clean. Allow any floor levelers or concreate moisture abatement to fully cure before installation

Installation Guidelines

Confirm your floor's thickness (Allure profiles work for 6-10mm). Do not nail or drill into profiles, and use a compound miter saw for cuts. If using a track, secure it before fastening the profile.

Follow the adhesive manufacturer's cure time recommendations -- whether or not a track is used--to ensure proper bonding.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Flooring End Cap molding is designed to facilitate an easy transition from flooring to vertical surfaces like carpet, masonry (fireplaces), sliding doors, base molding for railings, and various door jams. The flooring end cap molding is a trim piece used to hide the expansion gap present in vinyl flooring installations. It is a finishing touch on a clean, professional vinyl flooring installation. This molding is also sometimes referred to as an end cap transition since it is used to cover the expansion gap between flooring and other surfaces. Allure flooring end cap molding comes with shim and metal track for easy installation.

  • This 94-inch end cap floor molding is special order. Special order products can take up to 3 weeks for delivery as they are made to order. Special order products cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed.
  • For use with Allure vinyl flooring up to 8mm thick.
  • Shim and metal track are included for easy installation for flooring 7mm to 16mm. Glue down installation is recommended for flooring under 7mm.
  • Allure vinyl end cap floor molding are design and color matched. LVP stair nose are made with different materials than our vinyl flooring and may vary slightly in color or texture. The warmth or coolness of the lighting in your space may make this difference noticeable.
