94-inch stair nose molding for LVP up to 8mm thick. Compatible with stairs and staircases; install as overlap or flush mount.

Flooring End Cap molding is designed to facilitate an easy transition from flooring to vertical surfaces like carpet, masonry (fireplaces), sliding doors, base molding for railings, and various door jams. The flooring end cap molding is a trim piece used to hide the expansion gap present in vinyl flooring installations. It is a finishing touch on a clean, professional vinyl flooring installation. This molding is also sometimes referred to as an end cap transition since it is used to cover the expansion gap between flooring and other surfaces. Allure flooring end cap molding comes with shim and metal track for easy installation.

  • This 94-inch end cap floor molding is special order. Special order products can take up to 3 weeks for delivery as they are made to order. Special order products cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed.
  • For use with Allure vinyl flooring up to 8mm thick.
  • Shim and metal track are included for easy installation for flooring 7mm to 16mm. Glue down installation is recommended for flooring under 7mm.
  • Allure vinyl end cap floor molding are design and color matched. LVP stair nose are made with different materials than our vinyl flooring and may vary slightly in color or texture. The warmth or coolness of the lighting in your space may make this difference noticeable.

This 3-in-1 flooring transition strip functions as a T-Molding, Reducer, and End Cap—offering versatile solutions for seamless floor transitions.

Everything You Need Included

Includes a cold rolled steel track and two transition shims, designed to work together for secure installation on flooring between 15/32” and 5/8” (12–16mm) thick. Shims adjust to accommodate subfloor height differences from 1/8” (3mm) to 1/4” (6.35mm), ensuring a smooth, level transition.
